My Weekly Menu May 27-31

I am sorry that this is so late getting posted. We had a nice family getaway to San Diego this last weekend to visit some family. It was very fun and relaxing. The weather was beautiful.  Memorial Day we spent the day with family at Mission Bay in the sun.  That night we had a very tasty BBQ. My favorite was the Corn on the Cob. I know that their are many ways to make Corn on the Cob but my favorite is actually just boiling it. Yummm!!!

Here is My Weekly Menu:

Monday: BBQ-Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

Tuesday:  My recipe for Creamy Tomato Pasta.

Wednesday: Creamy Crockpot Chicken & Broccoli  by Picky Palate.

Thursday:  Grilled Pineapple and Chicken Quesadillas  from The Girl Who Ate Everything.

Friday:  French Dipped Crescents from Mama Loves Food is my new recipe to try for this week!

My daughter Bo came up to me and asked if she could help with dinner tonight! I said,”Yes, I would love that.”  She helped me make the Creamy Tomato Pasta for dinner tonight. It was great! I love it when the girls are willing to help without me even asking. We enjoyed a nice easy recipe around the dinner table tonight.
