This pumpkin spread is absolutely ahmazing! It is a simple 2 ingredient recipe that can be spread on any type of bread. It can be used as a dip. It a can be used in any pumpkin recipe. This recipe is my all time favorite pumpkin spread recipe.
If you know me and have been following my weight loss journey you know that I am addicted to any product of Walden Farms. When I came across this marshmallow dip... I knew it had to be bought! I decided I wanted to make a spread for some bread…. yes… I have had some bread, not a whole lot… and not with every meal but I can say this was worth the calories in the bread!
That is how this recipe came about, I figured adding some pumpkin to it was the right thing to do.
The taste is purrrreee pumpkin with a zing of marshmallow sweetness.
I have used this spread as a dip as well. I have dipped anything and everything into it! My favorite is apples. I just love the taste of it.
- 1 ( 15 ounce ) can pure pumpkin
- 1 ( 12 ounce ) jar marshmallow dip
- In a small bowl, combine ingredients.
- Store in fridge for up to one week.
That is it! 2 ingredients to pumpkin happiness. This recipe has been my all-time-favorite at this pumpkin season time! I mean… I have used this stuff in and on everything!

You can spread it homemade bread… which my friend brought over one day… and oh my goodness… heavenly!

With only 5 grams of sugar in the pumpkin and absolutely no sugar in the marshmallow dip… this is to be a crowd pleaser. It will also benefit those who are on a low glycemic diet. Win-Win!!
