If you know me and have been following my weight loss journey you know that I am addicted to any product of Walden Farms. When I came across this marshmallow dip... I knew it had to be bought! I decided I wanted to make a spread for some bread…. yes… I have had some bread, not a whole lot… and not with every meal but I can say this was worth the calories in the bread!

That is how this recipe came about, I figured adding some pumpkin to it was the right thing to do.

The taste is purrrreee pumpkin with a zing of marshmallow sweetness.

Strawberry Dip

Strawberry Dip

I am sitting here listening to Air Supply. The song that is playing in the background is… The One that you Love. Such a great song! Actually… I love all of their songs!

Valentine’s Day is coming up and most likely… strawberries will be served.

Strawberries. Loved by all. Served at most parties, events, birthdays, showers, etc. Usually they are covered in chocolate, but I came up with this recipe for an amazing Strawberry Dip.

This dip has a great strawberry flavor and can be served with a variety of fruits!

This dip has now become a must-have dip whenever I am going to be serving a platter of fresh fruit.

strawberry dip

I have come across many fruit dips that require a jar of marshmallow creme, I am glad this one didn’t because I didn’t have any on hand. I had all the ingredients in my fridge and with strawberries on sale, this ended up being a great afternoon snack.

Why not prepare it for the love of your life! I am pretty sure he would love to be hand fed this beautiful strawberry and dip!

This dip may not be as fluffy as your other dips, but don’t discard it. It will look and be very good surrounded by fruit.

Lemon Lime Yogurt Dip

Lemon Lime Yogurt Dip

Lemon Lime Yogurt Dip

Last week I ended a 30 day challenge from Simple Green Smoothies.  It was great! I loved it! I had a smoothie for lunch every day. I am older and my weight is stubborn, so I didn’t lose any weight, but I have felt so much healthier. I loved knowing what I was having. It made lunch time so much easier. Well… I have come to love Lemon Greek Yogurt. It was my go-to supplement for my smoothies. It is tart yet delicious. Since I have been addicted to the stuff and am finished with the challenge… I needed something to eat with my fruit.

Lemon Lime Yogurt Dip

I came up with this dip. I prepared fresh fruit on a plate and dipped it in this lemon lime yogurt dip. A great mixture of yogurts… with a sweetness added.

Here is the recipe…

Isn’t it the simplest dip ever to make??

I couldn’t stop eating the stuff!!! My favorite fruit dipped into was blackberries. But oh my…  all fruits are great.

This dip is light and refreshing. It has a zing to get because of the combination of key lime yogurt and the lemon yogurt.

I think I am in love with this combination of yogurts… to make a dip.  With many summer nights… approaching this will be a great snack to have on hand.

I hope you enjoy this lemon lime yogurt dip.
