pumpkin season can’t be without these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. I reduced the sugar added stevia, made them with gluten-free muffin mix and gluten-free bread flour, and added a few more chips to make them extra sweet.
September is almost coming to an end… however we still have the next two months for pumpkin everything. I knew I couldn’t let this season go by without making some pumpkin muffins. I know I have posted a cake mix easy pumpkin muffin mix before but with some health changes I have made in my life… I choose not to eat cake mix anymore. However… I really am in love with pumpkin right now. So… I adapted a recipe and switched out the cake mix for a gluten-free muffin mix and some all-purpose baking flour.

Yup… they turned out really good. I reduced the sugar by a bit and added some stevia in the raw to make it less of refined sugar. I loved them!
